Wireless temperature measurement system1, Overview
High voltage electrical equipment temperature monitoring points are in the environment of high voltage, large current, strong magnetic field, and even some monitoring points are still in a closed space. Due to the strong electromagnetic noise and high voltage insulation, space constraints and other problems, the usual temperature measurement methods can not solve these problems, leading to the inability to use. The wireless temperature monitoring system independently developed by our company uses radio wave for signal transmission. The sensor is installed on the high-voltage equipment, and there is no electrical connection between the sensor and the receiving equipment. Therefore, the system fundamentally solves the problem that the operating temperature of the high-voltage equipment contact is not easy to be monitored online.
Wireless temperature monitoring system has high reliability and safety, which can be directly installed to each high-voltage switch, bus connector, outdoor switch, transformer and other electrical contacts prone to high temperature. The system is equipped with standard communication interface, which can run on the Internet. Through the upper computer software, the real-time operating temperature data of high-voltage equipment can be recorded. It provides historical data for the maintenance of high-voltage equipment, and realizes the predictive maintenance of high-voltage equipment thermal failure.
2, Structure of wireless temperature measurement system
The wireless temperature sensor is used to measure the temperature of the surface or contact of high-voltage live objects, such as the operating temperature of the exposed contact in the high-voltage switchgear, bus connection, outdoor switch and transformer. Wireless temperature sensor is composed of temperature sensor, signal modulation and amplification, logic control circuit, wireless modulation interface, etc. (as shown in the figure below). The sensor sends the collected temperature signal to the wireless temperature measurement host through the wireless network.
2.3 touch type wireless temperature measuring host
The touch type wireless temperature measuring host is a kind of on-site temperature monitor which integrates the monitoring of the working state of the temperature sensor, on-site temperature display, alarm prompt and output, event recording and data recording, and can modify the address and other parameters of the on-site wireless temperature sensor.
The hardware properties of wireless receiving module can not be configured. When purchasing equipment, the number of temperature measuring points of a single host should be specified. The engineers are responsible for selecting the corresponding model, and the communication protocol adaptation is also configured by the engineering service personnel according to the properties of receiving module. The configured capacity shows the corresponding temperature control points of the receiving module.
The temperature alarm parameters are divided into two gears (warning and alarm), and the default parameters are shown in the table above. The temperature difference is 3 ºC by default. When the temperature exceeds the alarm or warning temperature threshold, the temperature must be less than or greater than the threshold of 3 ºC before it is considered to return to the previous state. Setting the temperature difference can avoid frequent alarm or warning events when the temperature fluctuates up and down the threshold temperature.

3.5 system parameters
Click the system parameter menu to enter the following interface to view the parameters of the setting system
Clear data function clear all recorded events, restore factory settings function will lose all configured parameters, need to enter administrator password during operation. The default password of the system is 123456, which can be modified by the user.
3.5.1 record data
Interval time: set the interval time of recording data, and the minimum recording time is 5 minutes;
Save time: set the maximum save time of the record. After the save time is reached, the system will automatically save the record to the specified save directory. The save format is EXECL;
Save Directory: the specified directory can be set as the save directory for saving EXCEL documents.
Click the "start recording" button and select the "auto save" mode or "manual save mode". The interface is as follows:
After selecting the recording mode, the system starts to record the temperature measurement data of 240 points at intervals.
In both auto save mode and manual save mode, you can click "stop recording" to exit the recorded data. In manual mode, click "stop recording" to pop up the file directory selection dialog box, select the specified save directory, and the user can insert the U disk and save to the U disk.
3.6 temperature control point configuration
To configure the temperature control point, users need to enter the administrator mode, click the administrator mode menu, enter the password, and enter the management mode.
After entering the management mode, return to the main interface, and you can see that there are three buttons in the lower right corner of the screen: "import", "delete" and "add". Perform the corresponding temperature control point configuration operation, modify and view the temperature control point parameters, and directly click the corresponding temperature control point modification in the interface.
The name of temperature measurement node can be input in detail by the user, which can be displayed directly on the interface. The channel is filled with 1 by default (except for special needs). The group number and point number can be input one by one according to the group number and point number indicated on the corresponding temperature measurement point label, and the parameters can be saved after confirming that they are correct.
The serial number of the newly added temperature measurement node increases in turn on the basis of the maximum serial number, and the serial number corresponds to the temperature point number in the communication protocol one by one.
The modification of the temperature measurement node can be directly modified on the interface: the name, channel, group number, point number and sending distance of the temperature measurement node. After modification, click save. If there is no need to modify, click exit directly.
matters needing attention:
1. When the point number of group number is modified, it cannot be repeated with that of other temperature measuring points;
2. The configuration of sending distance is only effective for some active temperature measurement modules. Please consult the customer service of the company for specific temperature measurement modules;
3. The equipment ID has been fixed when the passive temperature measurement module of CT induction leaves the factory
Point number: the last five digits of the device ID. take the above module as an example, enter "20117"
Group number: the first five digits of the device ID. take the above module as an example, enter "19080"
3 send button is used to replace some active temperature measurement modules. The temperature measurement module with switch can write the configuration information to the corresponding wireless temperature measurement module within 5 seconds after it is turned on (it is recommended that the wireless temperature measurement module should be close to the host, which is easier to configure successfully and easy to observe the configuration results).
3.6.4 import of temperature measurement node configuration
The configuration information of temperature measurement node can be imported through Excel file and excel template. After editing the temperature measurement node information to be configured based on this template, it can be imported into the system through the following operations, and the configuration can be completed at one time.
7, Repair and maintenance
7.1 limited warranty
Our company guarantees that if the wireless temperature on-line monitoring system is installed and used correctly, the materials and workmanship of the system shall be free from defects within one year from the date when the buyer purchases the system. If any part of the wireless temperature on-line monitoring system specified in the "limited warranty" fails within the warranty period, and the reason for failure is within the scope of this limited warranty, our company will replace the defective part free of charge.
This limited warranty and any implied warranty under the laws of the country shall only apply to the original purchaser of the system and shall only be valid for the period during which the original purchaser continues to own the system.
7.2 limited warranty
The scope of protection of our company's restriction clauses does not include losses due to external factors, including accidents, power failure, failure to operate in accordance with product regulations, improper use or negligence, modification, repair and installation. The replaced system components are guaranteed by this written warranty for the remaining period of the original warranty or half a year, whichever is the longer.
